Chesterfield lose again and blow their chance of reaching 100 points. That's only one win in their last 7.
We might yet finish within 9 points of them.

Re: FC Halifax (Club Tropicana) The Milk Float Match Thread
What are the dates for the play-offs? Are both Semi-finals being played on April 28th? What time is kick off? Does 2nd play the winner of 5th/6th and 3rd vs 4th-7th? I have found conflicting dates online 2nd plays the winner of 5/6. The play-off semi featuring that tie is on the Saturday, the other...

They've got bags of energy but not created anything like the chances Barnet had by this point.king45bee wrote:Commentary terrible on game- at Maidenhead Gateshead don't look too clever so far at start of their 4 games

Re: FC Halifax (Club Tropicana) The Milk Float Match Thread
With the form Maidenhead are in, I can certainly see them taking points off Gateshead today. Their ground is suited to be spending a lovely spring day there like today is going to be. Yep. I couldn't resist it for that reason either (nor justify eye watering train ticket prices to Accy) and have op...

Re: Halifax
Quite an interesting statement from Gateshead. Seems to suggest Aldershot refused an opportunity to get the game on.rudebwoyben wrote: ↑09 Apr 2024, 19:47 Gateshead take the heat off Halifax with their ridiculously late postponement.

Re: Bromley (THTS) The Thin Lilywhite Duke Match Thread
If we beat Bromley on Tuesday we will definitely be guaranteed a minimum of 3rd place (no need for “all but”). It feels to me like the most significant game we have played at the Hive since the last relegation, and I hope DB starts with our strongest possible line up which IMO was the one we ended ...

Re: Maidenhoof (Away) The Sparkes Fly Match Thread
You can hear the entire team talk at York Road if the gaffer is loud enough as both dressing rooms back on to communal areas for fans A good 20/30 people were in earshot of it until the changing room window was closed. I'm certain I never want to be the end of the Deano Hairdryer treatment....

Re: Maidenhoof (Away) The Sparkes Fly Match Thread
Tuesday night is now massive. A win will virtually seal the deal. But Bromley will be hurting after their trophy loss today. Today could prove to be another important point gained. With Pritchard and Kanu getting minutes today, DB can literally pick from a full strength squad, bar Oluwo. 1 point gu...
