Re: Big games tonight
I watched the NLN P.O. Final yesterday and intend to watch the NLS P.O. Final tomorrow ( and follow Enfield Town's P.O. Final). I went out today and ignored Bromley v Solihull, only checking at just after 5pm when it was full time. Not sour grapes, simply I didn't want to see the 2 teams on the Wemb...

Re: Positives from the season?
There are plenty of positives - 86 points, 91 league goals, reasonable cup runs for for a start.
Ask me again nearer to the start of next season and I'll probably be more appreciative.

Re: Big games tonight
Brackley's 6th successive year in the NLN P.O.s and 6th successive failure. So gutting for them.

Re: Dulwich hamlet attendance
Hakan Hayrettin in charge , Raven Constable in goal and ex Wood and Woking Mark Ricketts is captain. IPL apart from Hornchurch was pretty close for the top dozen sides and will be next year, I'd expect Hamlet to be right up there. They emphasise their inclusivity to attract fans.... What do you mea...

Re: Big games tonight
I’d be surprised if Bromley got relegated from L2 next season, should they go up. They’ve got a healthy and growing level of support, and they seem to have relatively deep pockets. Don’t see any particular reason why they would struggle any more than other promoted sides in recent years. Yes there’...

Re: Big games tonight
No newly promoted NL side has ever been relegated from L2 after their first season. Maybe next May will be the first time.
I always watch the P.O. Final but not sure that I will this time when I just want them both to lose! That's not even sour grapes.

Re: Changes to National League 24/25 season
why can`t there be replays in the FA cup up to the 3rd round as that is when the premier league clubs enter and its they who say they are playing too many games, so is this an idea from the league bosses to even everything up by making every team in every league play the same ammount of games? Mayb...

Re: Changes to National League 24/25 season
So we can't have F A Cup replays but we can have this pointless ( for us) competition? What level of support have the U21s been getting in EFL Trophy when they've played EFL teams? Presumably it will be comparable when they play NL teams. I don't imagine much support from the NL supporters. Maybe si...

Re: Transfers 2024/25
Dylan berry, GK from norwich would be good. Great loans at st albans and hendon. Huge in stature, contract ending. In terms of loans, spurs are probably looking at a few to send out considering from their perspective, keeleys was very useful. Theres a few 18s/21s who are probably of that level and ...

Re: Barnet retained list
if we keep Pritchard same thing applys, good but is now picking up a few injuries and don't see this improving, Harry Pritchard was an ever present in 2022/23 apart from the D&R match when he was rested. He was an ever present this season for the first 37 matches when he was injured. He returne...

Re: Solihull Moors (THTS) The Minging to Winning Match Thread
I can't face re-watching but my recollection is that we started well enough and their first goal was against the run of play. I remember being annoyed but thinking we'd come back. It was their second which finished us off, it was all downhill from there. I suspect the interview with DB came far too ...

Re: Transfers 2024/25
I’ve heard McCullum is on 2-3000 k a week. Way out of our budget What do we think our highest paid player is on? Would it be Nicke? Any idea what Big John was on back in the day? My recollection is that Akinde was on £1000 pw at Alfreton but after a season ( 2013/14 ) they couldn't afford him any m...
