The planning committee can defer it to the full Council with their recommendation which, becasue there is so much interest in the proposal, is what I think they will do.

As this matter is a fairly major concern to the Council, I expect that the whole application will be deferred to the main Council. We should therefore be lobbying all of the Councillors to get them onside. Is anyone doing this?
