Re: Bromley (THTS) The Thin Lilywhite Duke Match Thread

The Kanu penalty decision. Looks a clear penalty to me. https://x.com/tomhwilliams23/status/1777824457513402451 The ref missed several seemingly obvious fouls against us, including this one. A very poor display. Top 3 finish still totally in our hands. Every other club would wish to be in our place...

Re: Maidenhoof (Away) The Sparkes Fly Match Thread

Let's just win the next 5 games in a row and it won't matter. Excepting Oluwo, we now have pretty much a full squad to choose from. Loads of options. We're good enough to win all 5 but this is Barnet after all, so we won't make it easy, expect a roller-coaster!

Re: 100 apps Pritchard and Okimo

I think this deserves a thread as both individuals have been incredible signings proper leaders and exceptional Pros - the funny thing is both eastleigh and Wealdstone had written them off but how wrong Jerome Okimo for me has optimised exactly what we were lacking before he came him in Leader in t...

Re: Blunt about Brunt

He's a very useful player to have, offers something different to the other players. Some matches/opposition seem to suit him, others not so much. He needs to learn to be more consistent in his performances. He's still got time to learn and I'd rather have him in the squad than not. Dean probably sho...

Completely agree Nick, both players are the epitome of dedicated professionals. Long may they continue! Just look at the impact Pritchard had on us yesterday, he drove us forward.

Re: LUKE GARRARD to leave wood

Hopefully, they'll be a whole division between us and them next season. They've over-achieved in recent years, so back to their level next season probably.

Re: Solihull Moors (Away) The Less Is Moors Match Thread

Our home form against the current play off teams is won 2, drawn 1, lost 1 and 1 to play, our away form is much worse won 1, drawn 1, lost 3 which emphasises further the importance of finishing top 3. Not overly fussed if we finish 2nd or 3rd slight preference is 2nd given it means in all likelihoo...

Re: Solihull Moors (Away) The Less Is Moors Match Thread

The cause of the men's toilet being out of action was vandalism. Of course, it could always have been the Heteford supporters but whoever did it, that was unacceptable. If anyone knows anything more they should let the club know. Otherwise, going to the Assco arena does show why we desperately need ...

Re: Wanderers (THTS) The Match Thread Dorking at Crossed Purposes

I can't comment on the bar but I started queuing at the tea hut at 2.37, half way between the shop and turnstiles and got served at 2.52 which I thought not bad.

Re: Wanderers (THTS) The Match Thread Dorking at Crossed Purposes

Excellent win, great entertainment and atmosphere. Forwards and midfield Excellent. Defence was OK but seemed to be quite a bit of space at times. Dorking really should have scored at least one. However, with key players back, i expect us to only get better. Looking good, now to Solihull. A challeng...

Re: Bees v Dorking 23rd March

For me one of the most disappointing parts of a matchday experience for younger fans has not been addressed, and is too obvious. I have raised this on a number of occasions over the years to the club and even supporters trust / liaison group but club have not acted. Where is the Junior Bees fan clu...

Re: Last day date

Either Arsenal beat Bayern and the Arsenal/Spurs match moves to Saturday or National League/TNT move kick off times of semi finals. That would be the sensible option so probably won't happen.

Re: Bees v Dorking 23rd March

We have asked the question about promotions several times. The answer we get is 'Being 2nd in the table, should be enough to bring supporters in'. While being 2nd in the league should mean we should be getting larger crowds, we don't agree that general promotions are not worth it. Affiliate schools ...
