As I understand it, it's not a planning application but a request for an opinion from the council .

If you look at AFC Wimbledons new ground, remove the corner seats and with a smaller main stand I think you get a reasonable idea of scale for this being 8,000 capacity.

Much nicer design on paper mind.

My rough guess based on the pics.

Small stands 8-10 rows
800-1000 each end
1500-2000 side

Main stand 16-20 rows plus hospitality above .
2500-3500.

So somewhere between 5,600 and 7,500.

Be very surprised if it comes in under 6,000.

The latest images on the club site are interesting. They suggest TK is not going too big on the size of the planned stadium, the stands look quite low on 3 sides. I would put a guess of 6-8,000 capacity with the ability to later double it by increasing those smaller stands to match the bigger one ht...

So apart from the Manager, did anyone in that stand hear the comments and how vociferous was it?

When our recent history is Allen ball then it's not very surprising that some associate success with getting the ball forward as quickly as possible and largely bypassing midfield.

I really like the way we play, but the soft goals we concede are a dampener on the season so far.
