Ex-Bees (2014 update)
Re: Ex-Bees (2014 update)
Faal looked like the sort of player who would score a hatful once he found his level. This wasn't his level.

Pleased to see Eliot Richards has got himself back on the pitch. Signed for Merthyr Town last week, where he joins up with Ismail Yakubu. Made his first appearance since his injury with us today, as they went down to a last minute goal in a 3-2 defeat at big-spending Farnborough.

Great news, was only wondering the other day if he would play again.Tuesds wrote:Pleased to see Eliot Richards has got himself back on the pitch. In the matches I saw him play for Barnet, he was never played in no 9 role. Perhaps he may have scored a couple if he wasdjhdjh wrote:Faal looked like the sort of player who would score a hatful once he found his level. This wasn't his level.

Quote from a Posh fan after their game against Nitts Forest..."Ronnie Edwards pure class again. Enjoy him while we still can fellas".
One of the big clubs will surely make a bid for him come January. I just hope that TK negotiated a sell on clause.

It's been a while since I've seen an ex bee on MOTD - hoping that Ronnie fills the gap.
Sad that I never saw him play for us.

To be fair, there were quite a few players last season, whose cause was not helped by the constant churn of managers. Some were probably not National League standard while others may have been under different circumstances. It's something we will never know. I liked the look of Richards and it was such a shame to see him get injured when he looked like he was settling in.Tuesds wrote:Pleased to see Eliot Richards has got himself back on the pitch. Agreed. Whether he would have been successful for us we'll never know but I hope he's able to get his career back on track.Mem Beespod wrote:I liked the look of Richards and it was such a shame to see him get injured when he looked like he was settling in.Tuesds wrote:Pleased to see Eliot Richards has got himself back on the pitch. Just noticed that Josh Wright is playing for Billericay. Not sure if it is permanent or on loan.

Not a loan, he was unattached since leaving Crawley.Norfolkbee wrote:Just noticed that Josh Wright is playing for Billericay. Not sure if it is permanent or on loan.
