Board updating itself

Is it just me?

The message board never updates itself while I'm online. The only way to see if there have been new posts is to log off, leave the forum and then come back in again.

If there's a solution I'd love to know about it.

I use Firefox as my browser.

If I come out of the page and then go back in nothing happens.

Done a bit of research and discovered to refresh a page you need to do Ctrl + F5. Have tried it and ... Miracles! It works.
