Replacement season ticket card

Had my season ticket card stolen and discovered it will cost me £5 to replace. Seems quite excessive?

I'd ask to see the terms and conditions. Seems a lot.

I've now got the terms and conditions from the Hive and there is nothing to say you are liable for the cost of a replacement card. I can add the document to this thread if you want to see it

I would've done it earlier but it's easier to do on a PC than a tablet

Thanks Steve. I also find working on a dektop far easier than a mobile device!
