good squad player.
Dont expect him to be starting

Re: Nelson signs a new contract
Good news though. I quite like the way he plays. No nonsense. Okay, so his distribution may be a bit limited, but defensively we have the basis of a good side. Dembele, Nelson, and don't forget Alie Sesay, who I think is suited to playing just in front of the back 4. Full backs in Pearson and Johnson both look sound. I say so long as we can get that extra centre back who is a nailed-on starter week in, week out, job done.
Barnet showing all the flair of Rupert-the-Bears trousers, but lots more style!

Awful signing. Slow, injury prone, and incapable of playing 3 games in a week. If this is the height of our ambitions then I am cancelling my membership.****

Should add at least 50 to the away attendance @ Hartlepool again!!
Re: Nelson signs a new contract
Not sure he'll risk that again, seeing as he brought all those youngsters along from the junior football club he's involved with on a cold Tuesday night, only to be dropped from the winning team he'd played in at the weekend and then tweeting later night that he was extremely hurt and upset! Allen obviously brought him on very late on, which was no doubt at least in part a sympathetic gesture, but by the look of that tweet, the damage had been done!jerroll wrote:Should add at least 50 to the away attendance @ Hartlepool again!!

Great signing, top player, this guy reads the game so very well.
Re: Nelson signs a new contract
Happy with this.Hopefully we'll add some quality signings so it's not a case of the Admiral ordering 'all hands on deck' when we're defending. No indication in his comments of MA going anywhere.

Being serious i think this is a great signing. Our defence has looked at its best with Birra and Nelson at the back.

He looked quality when I've seen him play really pleased. I think somebody else would have been a backward step, we've been there many a time. I would have him one of the first names on the teamsheet.

Re: Nelson signs a new contract
Now Nelson has signed, I would be very surprised if we signed N'Gala. With Nelson being 35, we need to think about bringing in a younger CB that will be ready to take over from Nelson. Not sure Sesay is that player.
