That's funny as I was going to say the same thing but did not know how it would be received.
Gateshead away
Re: Gateshead away
I do agree it's a shame that this thread is being taken up so many posts over some requesting refunds, but it does show how many feel totally opposed to this request, hopefully these supporters have now reconsidered after the outrage and would worry in case it got out who they were, and rightly so. Now back to the semi final COYBs

How much are the SA out of pocket?
Re: Gateshead away
There was a post on this thread from someone who said that despite there league position Gateshead won't be a push over, they beat Aldershot today 2-3 so totally agree that DB needs to make sure the players mindset are spot on and don't believe that all they have to do lecture up.
Re: Gateshead away
Given that we haven't beaten Gateshead since 2015 they probably feel optimistic. At home too.Roy57 wrote: ↑25 Mar 2023, 18:26 There was a post on this thread from someone who said that despite there league position Gateshead won't be a push over, they beat Aldershot today 2-3 so totally agree that DB needs to make sure the players mindset are spot on and don't believe that all they have to do lecture up.

We'd like to remind supporters that one of the reasons why we put on an extra coach was because of the likelihood of train strikes. We cannot afford to refund people because they change their mind. This would result in other supporters having to make up any deficit for the cost of hiring the coaches, which is hardly fair, is it?
Re: Gateshead away
We have only met in 2 seasons since 2015 and they haven't beaten us this season either.ETBee wrote: ↑25 Mar 2023, 19:20Given that we haven't beaten Gateshead since 2015 they probably feel optimistic. Also it not as if we have played them every year since 2015, Like saying we have not lost to Manchester united since 2005.

That’s a total of one in three.

Re: Gateshead away
They’re expecting 3-4k hopefully we can bring a decent amount! No idea tbh, maybe around 250? It’s a difficult one such a massive game but soo bloody far. Can’t wait for this one though.

They have sold 1072 to include away fans, so a long way off from any expectations!CrawleyBee wrote: ↑27 Mar 2023, 12:20 They’re expecting 3-4k hopefully we can bring a decent amount!
