BeesKnees99 imposter
Just a quick PSA - Spodothebee has renamed himself “KneesBees99”. Unfortunately some of you have fallen for it, so please double-check the username before you call me a tinpot supporter (!)
While my views may be controversial according to some on here, I can assure you I do not want any of our players to be sacked.
Thanks, BeesKnees99

Re: BeesKnees99 imposter
While I do consider your views controversial (or incredibly negative) I would never do a parody account of you as I have had people on here do the same to me and it is not nice. Dean Brennan's proctologist should be ashamed of himself.
Re: BeesKnees99 imposter
I had to google what a "proctologist" is!
I love Luisma & really miss his skils!
Re: BeesKnees99 imposter
Can't he/she just be booted from the forum?
Re: BeesKnees99 imposter
Of course if users post illegal/grossly offensive material or are spamming the forum with adverts then posts and users will be deleted. All users are free to change their username in their account settings and it would be unreasonable of us to ban somebody for doing just that.

Is impersonating another poster against forum rules?
Re: BeesKnees99 imposter
We don’t have a formal set of rules as far as I’m aware. I already told him not to bother visiting us if he’s gonna mess around like this.
Come on Bees

As on other social media sites, and as Sam alludes to, parody is not outlawed.Beesting wrote:Is impersonating another poster against forum rules?
BeesKnees is fully entitled to post his opinions, no matter how much it annoys people. And this place can be all the richer for it when he does. Equally, others are free to challenge those opinions, no matter how much it annoys BeesKnees or the prevailing view.

Re: BeesKnees99 imposter
The TK parody on twitter is brilliant!
Re: BeesKnees99 imposter
Parody is fine when it is done from a position of parody, and preferably funny. Someone impersonating someone else isn't parody.
I want to be good, is that not enough.

I certainly don’t mind being challenged, or even parodied.Mikel Bee wrote:As on other social media sites, and as Sam alludes to, parody is not outlawed.Beesting wrote:Is impersonating another poster against forum rules?

I just don’t want other posters to think it’s *actually* me, and insult me based on views I don’t actually have. Being called a tinpot supporter, for example, really isn’t nice.
That’s why parody accounts are always marked clearly as (Parody). Ironically I always thought Spodo was a parody account himself.
