2nd plays the winner of 5/6.
The play-off semi featuring that tie is on the Saturday, the other semi is on the Sunday.
Really? Every source I find online says both semis are on Sunday 28th. Do you have a link?
Yeah, most places are saying both semis are on the Sunday. This one though says split across two days. Image

If most places are saying both semis are on the Sunday they’re out of date. The National League had initially said they would both be on the Sunday when they published key 23/24 dates last summer, but Mikel’s source above is the National League itself just a few weeks ago confirming the actual dates and times for each tie.

The 2nd place team plays the winner of 5th vs 6th on Saturday 27th at 1730. 3rd place plays the winner of 4th vs 7th at 1600 on Sun 28th.

It was confirmed that semis were on split days the day they moved the final to the Sunday

Even errors in that as surely the eliminators don't kick off at 7pm next week!

TNT have Arsenal v Chelsea kick off 8 pm on the Tuesday night too.

Which would make TV kind of sense as eliminators can go to extra time and penalties. No sure if the early kick offs in such circumstances are better or worse for supporters.

Id have been happy if Saturdays game was played at Chesterfield.... just down the road now...... It was a nightmare getting from Leeds to Accrington, standing room only in both directions for 1 hour 20 mins on a packed train !!

At least the game was worth it !!

Pretty sure it was Arsenal v Chelsea the same night as our play-off last season.

Thought the Halifax manager interview was pretty much on the nose.

We took advantage of a slow start by halifax and got in front then did enough to win the game.

Despite the missing of Thompson and Pritchard which had some worried we changed formation and our full backs had their best game for a while. Unsurprising given they were defending in shape in a back four rather than trying to get up the pitch as wing backs which isn't really their game.

Our midfield also looked sharper in a three and the front three were a handful.

Nice to have a plan b if we move away from 3-3-3-1 formation although personally I would like it to be our plan a

According to the tele times the programmes start at 18.30 so I guess they are 7pm kick offs.

They have in previous other years been 7pm kick offs, Not sure why that been case.

Seems fair enough, given they are both school nights and the matches could go to extra time and penalties. Anyway as stated above, it doesn't affect us.
