I’m not a superstitious person but I can’t shake the thinking that 2025 will be our year. As we won the league in 05 and 15. Don’t we lose in playoffs with years ending 4? Definitely just nerves. My 10 yr old son is very confident though. Maybe the 10 year pattern will continue tho and we just win league 2 in 2025? Having won at Wembley in 2024!

This reminds me of the Chas and Dave song " when the year ends in one " referring to Spurs winning when the year ended with a one winning trophies in 1901, 1921, 1951, 1961 , 1971 , 1981 .... And indeed the year that song came out..... 1991.

I will be starting our long Wembley weekend with a reunion of nine of Spurs' 1984 UEFA Cup winning team in Arnos Grove of all places on Thursday night.

I was at the Hive this morning. Very quiet. No Bees training on the pitches but DB spent a long time with them (at least an hour) indoors. Presumably reporting on his visit to Solihull and explaining how we/they will beat them Saturday.
All the players eventually emerged to spend time in the gym. They looked thoughtful but in good spirits. DB was also very cheerful.
As I left I saw somebody setting up what could be a penalty practise session.......
