Do you have an email address for Steven?

My membership doesn't run out until the 9th, but I can't imagine not having any problems.

He has also been very prompt at resolving an issue I had.

Yes it was addressed to Steven. In fairness he just got back to me and sorted it out, imagine he has a lot to work through.

Had a problem with mine and my sons tickets. Went to The Hive and spoke to Steven who was very helpful l and sorted the problem. Its a shame we seem to get problems at the start of every season. Lets hope Steven is the man to sort out the system. Thanks Steve

It's the same every season. You expect hassle every time you need to do something online which should be simple.
Why can't Barnet sort it out?

A lot of the pain would be saved if they just added in some sort of grace period for existing ST holders to reserve their seats. When the auto renew option wont allow you to update your payment details (which for most people will happen every couple of years) its a seriously flawed system.

The whole ticketing site needs a total overhaul, always having issues with it. Not even bothering looking at season tickets yet, will wait until it’s up and running properly.

Mine ran out yesterday. Was automatically sent a link this morning as don't have card details stored on there so it couldn't take payment. It sent a link to pay and all worked, very simple. I'm not sure if my seat was reserved for me or if anyone could have selected it.

The process still confuses me. I’m on the ‘membership’ scheme and happy just to carry on but have started getting emails about renewal (with links that don’t work). So not really sure what, if anything, I need to do.

Log into your account on venue toolbox, go to my automatic renewals, if expiry date says july 2025 you need to do nothing as the auto renewal has worked (also check your bank to make sure correct amount has been taken)

Thanks. It hasn't renewed but is showing expiry date 23/7/24 so I guess there's still a couple of weeks to go before that happens. I'll check again after that date. Just a shame they don't provide clearer instructions - customers shouldn't really have to rely on a third party messageboard to find out what to do.

My season ticket ran out yesterday. So I was pleased to get an email today from The Hive.
Unfortunately it said that the automatic payment had failed, despite the card details being correct. Never mind - there was a "Renew Now" link in the email. Which of course didn't work.
So I tried to phone The Hive - all I get is 'Number Not Valid'. Phones still not working.

Why do we have to deal with this every year? What a shambles.
I've emailed Steven : [email protected]

UPDATE : No response from Steven, so I looked to see if my seat had become available. It had!! So I was able to buy the ticket.
I don't know if was just available to me, or if anyone else could have bought it.

This is what happened to me last year. This season Steven was able to hold my seats just for me.

Next season needs to be better. We can’t have this for a third year.

Hopefully the BFCSA can take it up this season. Had I not have also been responsible for booking a season ticket for my friend, I would have just given up and done something else with my Saturdays.

I’ve just realised that I’ve received a replacement credit card since last season so the automatic renewal isn’t going to work. But from what I’m reading here it’s seemingly impossible to contact the club by phone or email so really not sure what I’m going to do. It’s a really bizarre way to treat customers who want to do business with the club.
