I don’t think he ever had a role in Koeman’s coaching team, did he? I’ve see him in the stands during this tournament amongst the great and the good, but not on the bench in the coaching set-up. He was Van Gaal’s assistant at the last World Cup, and I’d assumed he’d left when Van Gaal left.
Ronald Koeman's assistant is his brother, Erwin.

Touchline ban, maybe?

Tutonda was at Morecambe last season but has only now been able to sign an extension due the club having its transfer embargo lifted after a tax bill was paid.

How he got another job with his track record is utterly baffling

Good to see Albert still being described as an "unbelievable person".

I have no idea how Mo Faal has managed to get himself a contract at League 1 Crawley

There are 2 Mo Faal's and every time I see where our Mo Faal is playing and how he's doing I keep thinking he must be the other one, so I go and check and it's always our Mo Faal!

The other Mo Faal is at Walsall in League 2 on loan from West Brom.

To be completely fair to him, he scored 21 goals the season before we had him, (for Enfield Town in Isthmian Premier).
Then he scored 39 goals the season after we had him, (for Enfield Town in Isthmian Premier).
Then he scored 22 goals the next season (for Havant & Waterlooville in Conference South).
Then he scored 14 goals the next season, (half for each of Havant & Maidstone in Conference South).

The only place he's had a problem scoring was with us, so maybe it's possible that we were the problem rather than him. I would have never thought that I would type these words, but he clearly knows how to put the ball in the net.

86 goals in 4 seasons at these levels means he has some sort of ability. When I saw him play for us it looked like he had never played football before.

I'm a bit surprised he has gone to a League 1 club and feel he may gone up a level too far. Crawley have only given him a six month contract, so they can cut their losses if it doesn't work out. I doubt he'll be on a lot of money and it'll be down to him to put in the work to get an extension. He did struggle when he was with us but then you also need to look at the players that were around him at the time.

On a different note I see Gillingham have signed Marcus Wyllie from Enfield Town after scoring 34 goals in 49 appearances last season. At 25 years old I'd have been surprised if he wasn't on DB's radar.

As far as I recall Mo Faal was always played out of position in midfield / wide and never given a chance as striker as we had another "un-prolific" journeyman that was favoured to reach 5 goals a season
