A chance to stand on the old south terrace awaits.

Difficult tie. Go out and give it a shot but I won't lose any sleep if we lose.

What a shite boring draw. 200 miles away.

I was going to say... we get to stand on our old terrace!
Not glamorous, but not many ties usually are in R1 or R2. Chance to upset the applecart
Barnet showing all the flair of Rupert-the-Bears trousers, but lots more style!

Pre draw I wanted a home tie but thought if we were away I wanted to avoid Wealdstone or a distant northern tie. I didn't consider a distant west country side.

Home to Exeter would have been a challenge -L1, outside play offs on goal difference. Away is definitely "challenging".

I’m based in the West Country so it’s not too far for me but would have liked a nice winnable tie instead

I love Devon and have just got back from a weekend in Topsham, 5 miles from Exeter. Gutted that I can't justify another weekend there. Was joking this would happen. A fabulous weekend away but rubbish in terms of the football tie (although we've had worse over the years).

Devon in summer would be fine. Devon in November appeals less.

I wouldn’t have in previous years, but this year there’s a minimum £65k in prize money for 1st round winners!v A bit galling that others are going to be taking that in for winning much easier ties, while we follow up Accrington away and Newport away with Exter away!

That looping Liam Hatch header on a sunny March afternoon in 2004 - one of Martin Allen's last games before he left for Brentford. Cracking day out that was.

Also went to the 3-0 win on a Tuesday night the following promotion season. Arguably our best away performance in that amazing 2004/05 Conference winning season. Stayed overnight and went to a student nightclub!

Great memories. Very difficult tie now twenty years later!
