You Can Now Join the Supporters Trust for Just £2

To encourage as many Bees fans as possible to join the Supporters Trust at a particularly crucial stage in our Clubs history it is now possible to join the Trust for just £2 using a new basic membership option. Whether you love, like, hate or loathe the way the Trust is operating at the moment it is the only formally constituted organisation in place to represent the views and aspirations of Barnet FC Supporters. The Trusts constitution is very democratic with annual elections for Directors, and significant rights for members to challenge the direction and decisions taken by the elected Board of Directors.

With larger numbers of members the Trust can become far more influential in helping to shape the club's future whether that be by challenging local politicians, working with local businesses, or helping the club to get a clearer understanding of and to become more responsive to our aspirations as supporters.

It is important that the voices of Barnet Supporters are heard in a structured and organised way. Hopefully £2 for what is almost a full season's worth of membership is affordable for everyone.

Trust Directors and Members will also be at and around Underhill before, during, and after the game on Tuesday 2nd October to recruit new members by promoting the £2 basic membership option and explaining the reason for the forthcoming ballot.

If anyone is able to help with the recruitment drive on Tuesday evening your support will be very valuable - volunteers will be meeting at 7pm in the Pavillion to get things going.
