When we move to The Hive, can we campaign to get the bar to stock Bieken?

Or some real ale would be nice. A great pint of Adnams.

The Pav has London Pride, and did have Honey Dew at one stage as well, both in bottle but not on tap. I'd welcome Real Ale on tap, but only if it's going to be looked after properly, otherwise better to get in a small but reasonable selection of bottled ales.

Saracens, bless em, as well as having the longest bar in the UK, had their own ale and charged something like £1.80 a pint. Basically tied up the pre, during, and post match drinkings.

Hope we're learning something from the Saracems.

Real ale on tap would be excellent, surely there's enough of a demand for it to be worthwhile.

When I went to the St Albans vs Barnet pre-season friendly the Mermaid was actually
serving a hertfordshire brew called Mr Bumble!!!

You cannot beat that and was a perfect summer beer.

There's an interesting article on the pros and cons of craft beer on the BBC News site:

I'm personally a bigger fan of real ales, but certainly enjoy some of the craft beers too.
