Only just seen this but it says the poll has closed. Some sort of voting system? Does it populate the results from the responses to the thread or have those users posted their results below for another reason?
Either way, looks like a 3rd party widget you can display inline in posts like we do with Tweets so should be straight forward for a phpbb forum to handle. I assume when a poll is set up, PollDaddy will provide a link to paste in a post or we'd just need to script some [twitter] like forum tags.
