We don't know as yet what will happen as regards Barrow, this announcement is regarding leagues below NL/ NLS/ NLN.
There remains a reasonable likelihood that Barrow will be promoted to fill Bury's place in the EFL.

Liverpool won't be affected, no way will they be denied being Champions. Nobody is going to even consider expunging the Premier League.

Actually, the slope isn’t at all obvious in this shot!?
Maybe a clever tilt of the camera as the East terrace roofline looks level which it wasn’t !!

But if barrow are promoted in bury's place , that leaves the national league one short, so one of the south or north team will need to go up, and then that league will be one short ..... And so it goes on.
