Just because crap is served up at other grounds doesn't make it right. Walking short distances is not something that all of us can do.

Notwithstanding my life changes, which would impede in getting to a few games - forking out in advance never worried me anyway - the experience of watching football at the Hive is simply not worth the cost now. I have felt less and less interested in football in general since Lockdown and the poor entertainment being served up compounds it.
Barnet is my only club always will be. I will run prediction league and contribute to the programme if asked but will be watching from distance.
The appauling decisions in relation to most of the Managerial appointments hasn't helped either but that is about opinions and my desires -Darren Currie got back what I dearly missed about Barnet and he was packed off replaced by ex players who Star Strucked!
We all change our minds, but.......

I fear it going to be long long process to get fans back every game at the Hive. I think it got to stage where tk could offer to pick people up and take them back home and they would still not come.

This forum is starting to sound like a series of resignation letters (or worse).

Will be even worse when Sadiqstic extends the so called 'emission' zone to the M25, making it more expensive

Personally I’d love to see the return of a monthly membership scheme which, in return for a monthly fee, offers a discount on match tickets. I was a Hive Member and as someone who can’t get to every match I was very happy to pay a small amount every month, which in turn made me more inclined to try to get to as many games as possible, to make the most of the discount and of my monthly fee.

If it offered cheaper children’s tickets, too, that would be even better.

Interested to see such a scheme included in the BFCSA survey. I’ve taken part.

Agree, I’ve completed it too and am also in favour of a decent membership scheme

The good thing about the Hive Discount was it reduced the price to below £20. I didn’t mind paying the £2 per month as we got most of that with the discount on food and drink. Just can’t get to every game so also like the idea of the 10 match season ticket provided it can be used over the whole season

This is all very “Chicken & Egg.

Need good support to sustain the budget for a good team.

Need a good team to sustain a decent support.

I have no idea what should come first, however,
I will still be buying a Season Ticket and hope we can resolve this conundrum.

I have a diesel too, but clean enough not to have to pay ULEZ.

It is like all businesses. You have to invest to get success. TK will need to dig deep to get the Bees out of the present quagmire unless Brennan is very lucky.

Of course you are correct, however, over the years
TK has, at various times, invested heavily in the team.

But, in my opinion, the only way to sustain success, is to increase the footfall and everything that goes with it.

Too many clubs flounder on the whims and will of one person.

I have no doubt that TK is still committed to a achieving a successful BFC, but and it’s a big but,
for how much longer.

Would any of us, keep throwing money at something so unpredictable as, the Black Hole of Full Time Professional Football.

I suspect that’s how the “ Hollywoods “ are beginning to feel.
