Some really terrible news that dear Robin sadly passed away yesterday.
Sincerely what a nice man. I'll let you know when I hear more.

Terrible news. I first got to know Robin when I sat next to him at Northampton in the 1990s and stood near him regularly at Underhill and latterly The Hive. RIP Tank

Very sad. Just one of those people that I have seen over 30 plus years at Barnet. Just a face so many of us knew

Heart goes out to his family

Absolutely gutting. As a regular in the queen's I would see Robin regularly and he was part of the furniture supping a diet coke in his favourite seat.

Only saw him on Monday at a quiz evening at the queen's and he was in fine form.

Dreadful news.

I am stunned, and devastated to learn of the passing of Robin Tank Goldman yesterday.

A stalwart of FCBFCSA, Barnet FC and the wider Barnet sports community with his tennis and pool exploits.

I am sure many a Diet Coke will be raised in his memory at the Queens Arms his spiritual home.

May he Rest In Peace

A memorial game for him is already being planned.

Very sad news, as a long standing supporter he was a very recognizable face in my time following the Bees. Rest In Peace Robin. My condolences to his family and friends.
