User control panel disappeared

I don't know whether this is just me or a general problem but my user control panel has disappeared. I noticed that when I logged in last night, my clock was an hour slow but I couldn't find the user control panel to correct it. Still not there today and clock still wrong. Could you check please / advise me how to rectify this. Thanks.

If you click on your name in the top right corner does it appear in the drop-down menu?

My name had disappeared from the top right hand corner, however the link to the control panel worked and all's now back to normal. Thanks for your help.
