If such a survey were deemed useful shouldn't it be managed by the supporters association not by an individual, no matter how qualified and well meaning they may be? I thought that we were moving towards the association as the main link between fans and the club to keep the priorities and messages clear.

I've been in frequent contact with the SA about the survey and shall continue to do so and as someone who works as an experience designer, you can be assured that clear messaging is something I'm hot on. Cheers for your concern
