We are in total control here. Eastleigh look like a bottom 4 side

Just not at the races at all tonight. If you didn't know where they were in the table you'd think they were bottom 4.

Great performance but….Think Wynter and Pritchard are suspended for Friday with Revan likely injured and RDH possibly injured. Y test of the squad now

So we're away to a top half side and have not only won but controlled a game in which there has looked like there was a gulf in class between the teams despite us never really hitting top gear. That is the mark of a really good team.
Thought Gorman was terrific tonight. He is a real battler for a relatively small player and sets the tempo of a lot of our attacks as well as playing some really incisive passes. Wynter as well, that 17 looked a tricky player and after a few early scares he shut him out of the game while getting involved going forward as always - few right backs can pop up in the opposition box as much as he does!

Not great performance but yet another three points in the bag, great show from the supporters who travelled down to Eastleigh,

Very impressive result again.

If you mean based on 5 yellows, I’m pretty sure it’s up to 10 for a suspension now, and I believe the commentator said 5th yellow for Pritchard.

I thought that was another very dominant & perfect performance.
We sit tight 1st half & take control 2nd & should’ve scored more.
Armstrong’s pace to set up the 1st goal was blistering.
As someone else said we are such a threat from corners & have about 5 players that can take them, I’m sure we went about 2 seasons without scoring from 1 a few years back!
Absolutely mad we aren’t actually closer to the top 2 with how we started the season & the last 3 months (let’s forget that mad month in between when we conceded about 25 & now we barely
concede).

A totally dominant performance against a top ten team - great stuff. The midfield controlled the game, the defence didn’t put a foot wrong and Walker only had one save to make. Great to see Beard back in form too - thought he was very good when he came on.

Great news, thanks for clarifying
Re: Eastleigh (Away) The Away Fans Still Matter Match Thread
Marvin Armstrong makes such a difference in midfield, his pace is genuinely frightening and it allows RDH to take more responsibility which has been great so far

Yep, and their only two losses before tonight were vs Wrexham and Notts County.rudebwoyben wrote: ↑31 Jan 2023, 21:28Quite a statement considering they have only lost home two matches until tonight.
