New Scoreboards, LEDs AND club shop!

Post: # 363400Post 11bee717 »

Two new scoreboards and refreshed LED lights. Looking forward to our attendance tripling now.

I might open a book on the first user to moan that they can't focus on the pitch as its too bright or the scoreboard is too busy advertising local businesses.

Good news for those who couldn’t be bothered to watch the game to see the score

Honestly can’t believe what I’m seeing now. What’s happened to TK! ‘ The club has released a proud range of mugs, bar runners, pens, bottle openers, coasters, car hangers, stress footballs and other gifts as well as Barnet FC branded water bottles and pencil cases.

Supporters will also be able to shop for dog bandannas, air fresheners, pennants, scarves, bobble and beanie hats by the end of the month.’

I’d be more worried if they were showing the wrong score. Hopefully they will only show us winning.

I know some look at score boards as not needed and others will say "about time", it well done TK, we know these score boards are not cheap, not being up on what score boards are which, as far as I know P10 is just Led, don't know if the two new installed boards are just capable of putting score up or if there more up market and will be able to advertised things like supporters kids birthdays, up coming events, ticket deals etc. But which ever of the two it turns out to be for me it's a positive.

I was assured the club would wait to do anything about the lights until they all stopped working.

Personally couldn’t give a toss about scoreboards, but seems it bothered some people and non-functioning ones was a bad look. So well done to the club (TK) for listening and doubly well done on the new merchandise in the shop, especially with Xmas round the corner.

It shows TK is listening to the fans, which is terrific.

Now we just need to sort out the catering/booze…

These were the top 3 things fans wanted to improve match day experience. Buy your tickets early I'm expecting a sellout crowd later.

Good news for those who now don't have to keep checking a watch or their phone to work out how many minutes left to play or timing of goals which for some of us happens to be a fairly important part, but there we go, can't please everyone :hi:

Really pleased to see the club listening and understanding what is needed for a matchday experience that matter to the fans, what's more this appears to have moved quite quickly too.

The club shop as well, I've not set foot in our offering for a few years, if you could call it an offering, Wednesday night however I will be in for a browse, criticise when it's crap, praise when it's good, another positive move off the pitch twice over.
