Achilles niggle.

Unfortunately as my O's fan told me, great player but does like an injury
Strange as fitness and missing games was big part in Dean choosing players.
Goes out the window when the budget doesn’t allow for that and when there’s an acute need for quality

Connor Smith's pre-match interview suggests we may have a couple of players back for this one, whether they start or not remains to be seen. No names mentioned for obvious reasons. Others on the road to recovery and back out on the training pitch too. Bodes well for the weeks ahead. Hopefully we can grind out a result this weekend.
Barnet showing all the flair of Rupert-the-Bears trousers, but lots more style!

Thompson back, and Nicke & JMD on the bench! Good signs!

Big shame to see Freeman out though.

I do hope that DB is not taking a risk again with Nicke as he did at Welling.

What do we think about Kabamba being on the bench today? On the one hand, great to see him back. However we brought him back too quickly at Welling and we saw what happened then. Really hope that doesn't happen again today. If I were Deano I'd save him for Tuesday.
There again, if he comes on and scores the winner!!!

I think that's pretty insulting to Dean and staff...to suggest they wouldn't be all too aware of that.

More likely they've been extra careful this time

I’d only play him today as a last resort. We simply can’t afford another Welling debacle.

With Bromley and Dorking scoring 4 against Chesterfield, Ebbsfleet and Rochdale 2 and even D&R getting one it shows how very poor our strike force is. But we know that. That's probably why DB is willing to risk NK. It would help if the team was also being coached to play to O'Donkor's strengths.

We put 4 past Fylde the other week and are second highest scorers in the division...
