Wales v England C

Post: # 370598Post John Hunt »

Congratulations to Callum Stead on his call up.

I hope he bags a hat trick and gets a win.

What an experience for the lad it should prove to be.

I miss those trips cheering on Paul Fairclough and the team.

Impressive development:

Pre 2019: Biggleswade Town

Jan 1 2020 - June 30 2021: Welwyn Garden City

1 July 2021 - 4 Feb 2022: Hitchin Town (and loan to South Shields)

4 Feb 2022 - 10 July 2022: Kettering Town

10 July 2022 - 30 June 2023: Brackley Town

1 July 2023 - now: Barnet FC

What’s next? Peterborough?

Needs a run of games to prove he can score consistently at this level. I think he will kick on to be an EFL player (hopefully next season with us).

Sounds to me like a good thing Stead subbed off. Mccallum described it as like a rugby match, sounds like there were some tackles flying in which the National League managers would not be happy with!
