Saw him years ago as a youngster breaking through into the Hitchin Town team, looked quality then and is certainly capable of playing at a higher level, hopefully with us but more likely Peterborough (lol, Baz alert).He has developed his all round game and looks the full package now.

Posh turned down bids this Summer for RJJ because they love him, despite the fact that he doesn't score loads of goals. Just checked and he scored 10 League 1 goals last season, but is a high-pressing machine that really fits how they play. I think Stead would fit right into the way they play and is within their age range.
