2024-2025 season tickets?
Re: 2024-2025 season tickets?
Thought I’d downloaded it to google pass but not showing yet physical one not sent out yet
Re: 2024-2025 season tickets?
All mine downloaded successfully to Apple pay. Although my little boy is looking forward to his 1st physical season ticket arriving.
Although had an issue claiming a free burger last weekend with 1 of them - TK was stood next to me at the time it was quite a funny interaction with Steve Cooney assisting as always. TK said to me they much prefer people to pay monthly as it messes up their system with one-off yearly payments & laughed a lot when I asked if it was for cash flow purposes. He also wondered why we needed new cards at all & that all renewals should just use the same cards.

I too don't see why we need new cards, especially when they use the previous season's photos anyway. Although they must make a profit on charging £4 per ST to send them out and they can't be collected in person.
It's supposed to be £4 per transaction but the system only allowed us to buy 2 of our tickets, then come back a few minutes later to buy the 3rd. 2 transaction fees of course = £8 to pay for something we'd have easily collected for free.
My daughters would far prefer to pay monthly but can't face the hassle of something going wrong - as we get the impression does happen.

Does anyone have any idea how to contact the club by phone? Absolutely ridiculous that the main number is still coming up as ‘not recognised’ - how can you run a business that way?! I urgently need to discuss the auto renewal of my season ticket and the fact that my payment details have changed.

I had the same problem. I noticed that my seat had become available, so I selected it and paid with a valid card.let_it_bee wrote: ↑18 Jul 2024, 12:26 Does anyone have any idea how to contact the club by phone? Re: 2024-2025 season tickets?
Steven from the ticket office has now responded to my email so hopefully the issue will be resolved, although apparently nothing can be done until 'the system' tries to take a payment next week and it fails.
Re: 2024-2025 season tickets?
I phoned over a week before my renewal date 3rd July, we both knew that my payment would fail as my current card details weren't on auto renew ( my card details were on the system from buying the Solihull tickets) but nothing could be done until the system tried to take payment and failed. That is the one thing that annoyed me. We knew the system was going to fail but couldn't correct it.let_it_bee wrote: ↑19 Jul 2024, 09:09 Steven from the ticket office has now responded to my email so hopefully the issue will be resolved, although apparently nothing can be done until 'the system' tries to take a payment next week and it fails.
When it did fail I was by then out of UK and couldn't phone to sort out.

Has anyone had any luck with updating their card photo?
There is a box to carry this out in the “Edit my details” section but it doesn’t work, only taking you back to the home page.

So you at least managed to get through to them by phone?! What’s the secret to doing that?becbee wrote: ↑19 Jul 2024, 11:37I phoned over a week before my renewal date 3rd July, we both knew that my payment would fail as my current card details weren't on auto renew ( my card details were on the system from buying the Solihull tickets) but nothing could be done until the system tried to take payment and failed. 020 8381 3800 is still an "incorrect number" when you dial.
Re: 2024-2025 season tickets?
I see Southend United have sold 3229 season tickets so far.
Anyone know how our ST sales are going?

Looks like 13 in the new safe-standing terrace. Do the Amber Battalion have any plans to congregate there?
