Any advice ?
Thanks
I was advised that you wait for the payment to fail and they will email you a link to make a payment with your new card.

It is ridiculous to have an auto renew system which doesn’t have the facility to update your payment details.

Just got an email saying my ticket is about to expire. When I click on the link, I get the same message as you.
My auto renewal date is 9th July, so I'll wait to see what happens then - although it does say "Card details will need to be manually supplied for the next renewal order".
What a shambles. Why is it never easy with Barnet?

Me too. So predictable, and so frustrating

This was what I was on about earlier in the thread. I have the same issue.
Mine feels maybe even more annoying because I realised the issue over a week ago, couldn't get through on the phone, emailed only to be told of 26th June that they couldn't make any alterations before 1st July.
I'm now on holiday and unless my daughter manages to get through and pays on her card, we're stuck.

I have just had quite a sweet email from Steve saying that there will be a new link coming soon. I must say - he seems incredibly competent and responsive - it must be frustrating to be working with such a broken system!

Just received the following :-
Hi John
As I'm sure some of you have seen the last link I sent doesn't work, I've spoken with the software devs already and they've found a small bug in the link which they're fixing at the moment.

As soon as everything is sorted I'll send out a new link which will allow you to renew your seat early if you don't want to wait for the automatic renewal or for your previous purchase to expire.

I know it always seems like something with us! But I do really appreciate everyone's patience, should be fixed pretty soon.

Thanks again,

Steve

Got the same email. The club never, ever checks its IT systems before an important event. So basic for a business. And we want too be an EFL club!

Took a punt on a safe standing ticket no idea what it'll be like but it seems like good value so I'll be there come rain or shine, guessing the only catering options in that area will be the tea huts towards the far end unlikely to have access to the hive bar I'm assuming....... Looking forward to the new season hope to some some fellow standers in August.

So my season tickets expired yesterday, and with no option to update my card details (having raised it with the club last week), it appears my seats have been released and sold to someone else.

If that is the case, I will be absolutely furious.

Could just be blocked out as black? Seems a bit quick for someone to randomly pick your seat over any other! Mine seem to blocked out, despite being signed in, hoping they will just appear again once the IT system is fixed.

Mine expired yesterday too & is showing as grey'd out - guessing as no further email from Stephen Cooney they haven't fixed the glitch yet.

My STs expired yesterday and I had an automatic email at 8.36am today telling me to click here to renew. Tried this but clearly system is not yet repaired as the authorisation code failed.

What is annoying is that they do in fact have my current bank card details showing on their system which I suppose they would have as whilst last ST bought on my previous card, the Solihull P.O. tickets were bought on my current card.

This is just so infuriating.
