.. or that most online rumours are unfounded! A good signing for them, would have been a useful addition to us as well, but would assume his salary would be fairly high.

Supposedly we were in for Quigley but he chose money over promotion.

Forest Green about to announce a signing. Believe it to be Joe Quigley from Chesterfield. Quigley is defo one we could have looked at, but is he an upgrade on what we have already, I'm not sure.

Exactly this. I was pleased to see that Finlay Wilkinson is back in training, I think he’s going to be a fabulous player for us. He’s 2 footed, strong and can finish.

Brennan has said on several occasions that good players become available once the Window shuts. Players on the fringes in L1 and L2 who want a move for whatever reason now know the National League is their best option for a move until January.
