Correct Bondz left the day we won at Plymouth then chose to leave Eastleigh as he head gone there to escape Mart!!
Ah cheers lads. Thought Mad Dog had done us a favour by paying actual cash for Bondz.

:y: Brilliant.

I didn't hear anything that would make me upset unless I was one of the negative moaners.

Box office interview

CP coat, stubble, Gaelic passion, shouting into the camera………..…does anyone know if he’s got a brother who can play the guitar? They could sell out Heaton Park & Wembley Stadium

I would say only a few people triggered, for me and a lot of others wasn't even a thing. Just think it was a shame more airtime to a good performance wasn't given.

Sums it up perfectly...

He's working towards achieving something, while you're watching something ten times online.

I know who I'm laughing at and it ain't Deano...

Sorry but it’s objectively quite funny. That doesn’t have to be taken as a dig at Dean.

Put your knives away, I was laughing at it in a jovial way as it was funny.

Don’t need to get personal, you have no idea about what I do for a career so wind your neck in.

265k views on Instagram and rising. Starting to think this was actually an elaborate marketing ploy to get more fans through the gate. Genius really.

BeesKnees99 wrote: 11 Sep 2024, 10:23 Having watched his interview again, it’s obviously box office.

But I just can’t reconcile the fact he accuses fans of moaning / being negative when at one point during the game I heard him call Shelton “a f***ing idiot”, then launches into the most negative diatribe possible after the game. Undermines the message somewhat.
Maybe you could reconcile it by noticing that after the game he had his arm round Shelton (I think in a friendly way, I was behind it) explaining to him what he wanted him to do. Brennan gets frustrated with his players during games and lets it show but it clearly doesn't come from a place of malice or trying to exert dominance over them, it comes from wanting players to improve. And he's shown he can help improve players. The number of his ex-players who are happy to come back to play for him shows that plenty of players clearly like working for him. Maybe players can handle a bit of harsh criticism while still feeling they are being encouraged overall and maybe as fans we can do the same after 3 years of interviews from Brennan mostly praising the fans and emphasising our role.

I hope this and the other thread show that in the cold light of day the vast majority of fans support Brennan and like what he's done. And in the cold light of day I reckon he knows that too, even if he got frustrated last night.

``Charecter`` should be the new shout from the stands !!!
A very interesting evening watching the game from our newsafe standing area.
You can certainly see and hear how passionate DB is about the team and club.
I can understand its more frustration by some fans who want the team to shoot more, or attack faster, they paid their money and want excitement, instantly.
In football its all about the end result, the bigger picture, we all want the team to be promoted, but cannot understand the tactics the manager has asked the team to play to in order to get the untimate goal.
DB deserves respect on and off the pitch, he has brought us up from the bottom of the league to a team that is now challenging regularly for promotion.
A young team still learning and they need our support even more when things go wrong, but to celebrate when they go right.
