Fylde Away - Monday
Re: Fylde Away - Monday
900 tickets available in the terrace. 682 left. Seating there's 64 left and I think it was just under 180 seats of i remember right. I can see a goos 400-600 being there which is a fantastic effort considering the trains are up the way for those who don't drive and can't share a lift. Many fans staying for a night or two aswell so will be a fantastic couple of days!
Also the the Manchester Pub is opening at 10AM for barnet fans. Doing breakfast for anyone who wants a bite aswell, also under 18s are welcome aslong as it don't get to out of hand which I'm sure it won't will just be plenty of celebrations, laughs and singing! COYB

There will be 2 more as I'm driving up from Bedford area with my son on Monday, and have to come back as he has school on Tuesday, but can't miss the last game - gibing the players one last send off. Think any of these players that do leave will get a special welcome (like Akinde did) when and if they return playing for someone else.BarnetJim wrote: ↑01 May 2025, 13:10 900 tickets available in the terrace. 682 left. Seems a shame we have two different meet ups rather than one. Surely be better if the coach lot also headed to The Manchester pub in Blackpool instead of Lytham? Trains are far more regular onto Kirkham & Wesham from Blackpool North station than from Lytham for those relying on public transport.

Two more driving up from Higham Ferrers can’t wait
Re: Fylde Away - Monday
I guess it is the route and often in towns where there are matches the police sometimes do not like coaches stopping.Guiseleybee wrote: ↑02 May 2025, 13:54 Seems a shame we have two different meet ups rather than one. Anyone driving up, suggest you go M42 & M5 round Brum, less roadworks that way, as I discovered too late today, unless you go M1/M6, I was M40. Base camp established in St Annes...

Anyone reckon Deano & the boys may stay for a drink or all shooting back down for their well earned holidays?
I believe Fylde have a great sports bar in the ground - again people planning to have a few in there after (seeing as most will be visiting the Manchester before the game)?

Bugger! Clutch went on the car on the A1 just past Welwyn after collecting my daughter from Heathrow this morning.
Was going to drive up on Monday with my two sons
Can’t miss this game, looking forward to relaxing at the game as we go for the 100 points, so booked the train instead.
Was there somewhere in Kirkham people were meeting or is it just straight to the ground?

I think the consensus is the pre match party at The Manchester Bar on Blackpool front from around 10:30 and then the sports bar at the ground.

How’s everyone getting to the stadium from The Manchester pub? Blackpool South train station nearest but trains only one every hour at 30 past to Kirkham & Wesham then 15 min walk. More options from Blackpool North but further to walk to that station.

Ubers only showing as £10-£15 & will be plenty around to share with (probably cheaper per head & much quicker than public transport).Guiseleybee wrote:How’s everyone getting to the stadium from The Manchester pub?
