I did send an email querying this on 9th June but no reply received. I do need the email as my bank details need to be updated.

Has anybody tried phoning this week or could Joel be on holiday?
I haven't had the email either. Do post here if you get a response.
I have finally managed to get the email but only by phoning twice today. However it doesn't really seem to help. You can probably sort out without the email.
If you have saved card details then you can go in and amend them. If card details are correct then just do nothing.
However I can't do that, my Manage Card Details page says card details will have to be manually supplied, I can't see any way of doing this other than by phoning the club again.

Thanks. My renewal date is that same as yours and I got the email today too, so I suspect your phoning up the club had no effect! Was under the impression that the email contained a link to change details, but there is nothing like that in this email. I have two sets of card details saved, the one for the auto renew looks like an old card from years ago and no option to update it online, so I shall be on the blower next week!

For my own sanity, this is will be the last time I say it but maybe one for the BFCSA to talk about in their next meeting...

I appreciate that the high level of promotion of STs has been good for new take ups but I do wish they'd applied the same enthusiasm for renewals. I had problems last season, I have problems this. I would really like to avoid problems next. I appreciate that myself and Anthony are almost certainly in a small minority but that doesn't mean that it should be stressful.

Its not the stress for me, it just seems mad that you have an auto renew option which has been going for years but doesn't allow you to update your card details. Surely this is going to affect more and more people as every year goes by! And it will mean that people lose their seats, get split up etc. And this has been a known issue for at least a couple of years. Its not going to resolve itself either. Its just not on really. A bad supporter experience!

Inevitably when it comes to auto renewal the system will fail because the card details are missing or incorrect. Ticket office panics, sends out emails telling people to update the card details and many (including me) reply to say it is not possible on the system (if it were we'd done it before now). More panics and we may well have to visit the Hive to enter the changes manually. However, a couple of weeks ago when I was there that was not possible so......

I will be at the Hive this week to see what can be done.

Lucky you. It wouldn't let me do so.

I asked my daughters to look today in case I was missing something. I asked my husband to look the other day. The email doesn't help, nor does phoning. I think my only option is to go to The Hive which is somewhat inconvenient but I need to resolve this finally.

Does anybody know whether Joel works on Mondays or whether someone else relevant does?

That is really great for you - but that is not the case for everyone - for some reason I have two sets of card details saved, and the one for renewals is greyed out and so I cannot change it.

Looks like ETBee is off to the Hive this week, perhaps they will have some news for us!

Was not meant as a bragging post incase you guys thought it was.

Have you done it on your phones or on a pc/ laptop?
Some things seem easier on this account seem easier to do when done it on laptop.

Hope you all get the issue sorted without to much more hassle

Its not a case of me missing something, its physically not possible to change the details regardless of where I log in I can see them but they are greyed out. the only details I can change are not for season ticket renewals. Not sure how else to explain it. And when I raised it with the club for the last two years, they acknowledged the issue and I was advised to let it lapse and book again. This is the third year in a row now. Not good enough. I so wish the player of the month awards committee saw my comment in their google form last year about raising this with the club. I suspect if TK knew about this is, it would have been sorted out in days.

Never thought for a moment that you were bragging so please don't worry about that.

Thanks for your suggestion but yes, I've been attempting to sort this on my laptop.
