I think they should just give up with this auto renew business, announce the season tickets earlier, and give everyone four weeks to secure their old seat. It is what every other club does.

Agree. It seems strange to me why we don't. I'd have happily given the club my money back in May /June. There again, I'd have happily given it them in one lump sum. Instead I ended up having to switch to monthly payments as they couldn't set up auto payment but they could set up installments.

Not a problem for me but just seems strange from the club's point of view. Clearly they are in no hurry to get in ST money.

My season ticket has renewed today at £456. The price during initial marketing, was £450 so I'm quite disappointed. It seems to have subtly changed the price whilst adjusting the teen price two weeks ago, I assumed this was a mistake on the graphic as there was nothing else about it. Whilst it's only a small sum, the principle of changing the price like this doesn't sit well with me. Indeed, the price is listed here as £450. https://barnetfc.com/season-tickets-2025-26

Does anyone know who is the best person at the ticket office to raise this with please?

Edit: Found an email from mid June again suggesting the price would be £450, and a contact email so have sent an email.

Didn't even notice that so it's £38pm - bit strange plus the £4 delivery (although picked up mine yesterday).

We must be very busy selling tickets or our phone operators are working to rule. Ticket office seems unattainable constantly.
