EFL Fixture Release

Post: # 399104Post beeman »

With the fixtures imminent, who we would we all personally like to play first in our return to the league.
I wouldn’t mind a local away game, Crawley or Cambridge would do nicely.

Anyone but Newport !!
Playing them once early in the season is more than enough for the time being !

We want to play against those who will be the competitors for promotion early on before they find their feet and build momentum.

Got to play everyone twice. Don’t care when and in what order. Will follow them wherever

I would prefer our longest trip away (Barrow??).
Better to do that in August than Dec/Jan/Feb.

I think it would be nice to start our return to EFL with a home game. Although selfishly, I'll be away then so wouldn't cry if we're away! Since when has the season started so early?!

Wouldnt mind a big ground away (Tranmere, Notts), it would give that 'we're back in the EFL' feel. Dont want someone like Bromley away.

I was thinking Tranmere at Home. Playing a team that struggled last year and will likely take time to reverse their fortunes. Should be a large crowd from both sides
