April 18th 2026 sees us away to Notts County, one I was looking forward to as its short train journey and no car.... ..... However, Nottingham Forest are scheduled to be playing at home to Burnley on the same day. Last time this occurred, back in the NL, it was our game which was moved (to the Friday if i remember correctly) , as they cant have both playing on the same day.

Won't Forest be playing most of their games on Sundays due to European commitments?

If they are still in the comp the quarter final second leg would be on the Thursday before.

Loved the fuss they made about 2 draws with 2 balls to draw.
They then had to go for a break to recover from such an onerous task. So next is to see who we get in R1 if we beat Newport.
