Ex-Bees (2014 update)
Ex-Bees (2014 update)
Here's an updated version of Jimmy Sweden's list of former Barnet players and their whereabouts:
http://www.svenskafans.com/england/barnet/309262.aspx
A few notable moves: Deverdics has left the Faroes, Collins John Poland, Melvin Holwijn's dropped down a division, Kenny Gillet has found a new club in Cyprus, and Joe Gamble has moved to the Far East.
Any corrections would be much appreciated!

The incomparable Simon King is now playing for Thurrock in Ryman Division 1 North, being managed by Mark Stimson, and playing in the same team as Charlie Stimson.

Cor. That's two players I've missed in that division. Tricky with all these players coming out of retirement though, but as far as I can tell Maik Taylor, Damian Batt (couple of days ago), Junior Agogo and a couple of others have hung up their boots. Grant Basey has taken a time-out. Joe O'Cearuill seems to be a professional Herbalife distributor. Steve Kabba's doing it too.

Thanks. Was aware of Collins though. Anyone with any information on Tommy Black? Still playing division 13 football?

From Ghana Soccernet, May last year:
The ex Nottingham Forest striker appears to be giving up on his professional career in football and looks to veer into another related business of fitness.
The Ghana international is looking to acquiring a good location to open an ultra-modern gym in the UK.
“Yes, I’m looking at renting a studio for my business, Agogo Fitness,” the burly striker revealed.
Re: Ex-Bees (2014 update)
Junior Agogo makes his money from property these days and lives near the 02 centre on Finchley Rd.
At least that's what a Ghanian minicab driver told me.
