Braintree were awarded as pen yesterday, but Effiong took it rather than Big John, (and it was saved). :doh:

Jamal Lowe scores one and forces another through an own goal on his debut for Sheffield Wednesday in a 4-0 victory against Wayne Rooney’s Plymouth Argyle.

He did play twice in the Premier League with Bournemouth after promotion, they only released him this summer. Never really got a look in at the top level before they loaned him back down to the Championship
