Given government measures bought in to pay 80% of wages, did TK act too quickly?

I can assure you foxy is not. I found it hard not to disagree with him on his wise words though.
As far as whether the chairman changes his mind on the redundant staff. We all wait in anticipation!

Apparently the 80% ruling can be used retrospectively.
